My name is Qaisar Javed. I hold an M.Phil. degree in Urdu and currently serve as a Lecturer of Urdu at Cadet College Swat. I am passionate about teaching, literature, and character building. I believe that education is not merely the transfer of knowledge but the development of critical thinking, creativity, and moral values. Throughout my teaching career, I have strived to inspire students to become confident learners and responsible members of society. Teaching Philosophy and Motivation My teaching philosophy is student-centered, where learning is made engaging, interactive, and meaningful. I encourage students to think independently, ask questions, and connect classroom knowledge with real-life experiences. As a teacher of Urdu, I aim not only to teach language and literature but also to cultivate appreciation for culture, ethics, and human values. My greatest motivation comes from witnessing my students grow intellectually and personally. Seeing them develop confidence, achieve their goals, and contribute positively to society gives me a deep sense of purpose and fulfillment. I view teaching as a noble mission that shapes future generations and creates lasting impact.
